Cleanroom Swab – Sharp Tip | QL-076BFST™
QL-076BFST Series Cleanroom Swabs are manufactured using 100 PPI open-cell polyurethane foam, engineered for precision cleaning in critical controlled environments. Each swab features a sharp, precision-formed tip for access to tight geometries, paired with a blue polypropylene handle that provides excellent rigidity, durability, and broad solvent compatibility.
The polyurethane foam delivers high absorbency, ultra-low non-volatile residue (NVR), and effective particle and abrasion removal, supporting reliable cleaning of sensitive surfaces and components. The material is chemically resistant to common cleanroom solvents, including acetone and isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ensuring consistent performance during aggressive wipe-down processes.
Designed for use in semiconductor, electronics, optics, and other critical manufacturing environments, the QL-076BFST Series supports contamination control where precision and cleanliness are essential.
